In the project, MIST E-R will handle the development of resonant MEMS deformation sensors embedded in a flexible substrate. MIST E-R is the only High Technology Network laboratory that studies and makes MEMS sensors and that has access to the Clean Room of the Bologna National Research Centre (CNR), the largest public facility for the fabrication of microsystems in Italy.
